In “Promenade” I responded to the palette and geometric color blocks of Fiore’s “Vernal Equinox II.” In the making of this work, I also was drawn to the use of line and discrete forms that activate all quadrants of the work, successfully creating a flurry of activity and life with these geometric forms.
